Refund policy

BlahZay is more than happy to accept returns for exchanges or provide a store credit for regular price unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached and receipt, that are returned within 5 days of online delivery date and in store purchase date.

* No exchanges or store credit issued after 5 days. *

* No Cash or Credit Card Refunds.*

*Accessories, Bodysuits, Swimsuits, BlahZay Closet and Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale. No exchange or store credit. No exceptions. 

*All shipping is at the customer's expense.*

All returns must have a Return Authorization code. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code are at risk of not being accepted and/or sent to wrong return location. 

Should you wish to make a return, you have 2 days to email blahzayatl@gmail.com for a return authorization code. Once your return is received along with receipt and reviewed, you will receive email confirmation. Exchanges will be processed once return is accepted, if item is available. If item is not available store credit will be issued. Store credit will be issued after receipt of return, you will receive email of store credit.
